DB query count and execution time. Restores perf dashboard files that
were accidentally moved to _scripts/. Includes portal UI updates.
Only quickTasks/ and scheduledTasks/ subdirectories remain tracked
since those are actively used by the portal.

the renamed database schema. Tables use plural CamelCase, PKs are all `ID`,
column prefixes stripped (e.g. BusinessName→Name, UserFirstName→FirstName).
