John Mizerek	8adac1a242	Fix submitCash.cfm for legacy Payments table columns ... Payments table still uses old prefixed names (PaymentID as PK, no UUID column, no PaymentTip column, required PaymentReceivedByUserID). Updated INSERT to match actual production schema.
