John Mizerek 30dd0997b9 Seed order-fulfillment task types on business creation ... Add Deliver to Table, Order Ready for Pickup, and Deliver to Address to the default task types created by the setup wizard. These are required by updateStatus.cfm to auto-create tasks at status 3.
