John Mizerek cc96d891b2 Store brand color without # prefix, normalize on output ... saveBrandColor.cfm no longer prepends # before storing. API responses (get.cfm, items.cfm, getForBuilder.cfm) prepend # if missing so consumers always get a CSS-ready value.
