John Mizerek ccb27f679f Show EmployeeStatusID status instead of IsActive flag 
- Display Pending/Invited/Active/Suspended from EmployeeStatusID
- Add CSS for pending and suspended status badges
- Update getStatusClass to handle employee status codes
