Updated CLAUDE.md reflecting the rebuild — modular provisioners, actor-based APIClient, SecureStorage, QR scanner, and the full new project structure.

The old parity branch (koda/full-parity-with-android) is now obsolete — Schwifty already included frames 3-6 disable in the new DXSmartProvisioner. This is the only remaining piece from that branch.
