Summary

Removes build-sim/ directory containing 2,562 Xcode simulator build artifacts that were accidentally committed
Adds build-sim/ to .gitignore to prevent recurrence
Actual source code is only ~35 files in PayfritWorks/

Impact

Repo goes from 2,634 files to ~72 tracked files
No code changes, just artifact cleanup

fix: remove build-sim/ artifacts and add to .gitignore debe0686b7

2,562 Xcode simulator build files were committed by mistake.
Actual source is only ~35 files in PayfritWorks/.
